Mahtomedi Boys and Girls Tournaments
The 23rd Annual Mahtomedi Basketball Association Tournaments for the 2011/2012 season will be held at the Mahtomedi High School and Middle School complex on the following dates:
- Girls Tournament: December 3 - 4, 2011
- Boys' Tournament: December 10 - 11, 2011
The cost to participate in either Girls or Boys tournament is $200. Registration will remain open until November 20th. If you register a team and decide to cancel before November 20th, there will be a $40 administrative fee for each cancellation. There will be no refunds after November 20th.
For those organizations who have participated in our tournaments in the past, we would like to extend thanks and encourage your return for this season. If you have yet to participate, please give our tournament a serious look. Some points of interest about the Mahtomedi tournament are:
- One-site tournament - all games played in adjacent High School and Middle School buildings
- Tournament games are played on six hardwood floor courts
- All gyms have excellent seating for parents and family
- All referees are High School certified for the State of Minnesota
- On-site trainer
- Easy access off 694/Hwy 36
- Excellent on-site parking
- Large gathering areas with tables for use between games.
- Fan-friendly site (snack-bars with pizza, hot sandwiches, cookies, pop, popcorn, etc.)
The format will be single elimination, with double consolation, which guarantees every team will play at least three games. Both tournaments will have "A" and "B" divisions in 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade brackets. On-Line Tournament Registration is Closed
Welcome to our new registration system. With this new system, you will be asked in the registration process to setup an account which everyone will need to do. Setting up this account is an extra step this year but is a one-time event for this and all future registration sessions.
Feel free to click on the appropriate registration button to the right to begin your online registration. In addition, you can scroll down and download the paper form to mail in. However, on-line registration is much preferred as this reduces the amount of our volunteer time in manually entering the information in our system.
